I Need to Let You Know

I was naughty and painted some Makorra. Don't eat me.

ETA: Nobody's named that tune yet, with the lyrical name, so I'll just mention it's from "Sometimes You Can't Make it On Your Own" by U2. Specifically:

'Listen to me now
'I need to let you know
'You don't have to go it alone'

I kind of envision this moment right after the final kiss. And the reason I chose that lyric was because in some ways, the "story" of Mako and Korra shows how two stupidly, stubbornly, proudly self-reliant people--determined to be strong on their own and all that they need in themselves--come to realize that it's okay to be helped and even picked up by those who love you. Friends and family. And, of course, they likewise find they're stronger in particular with each other than they ever were alone.
