Glad You're Here

GUYS I'm falling into the Makorra trap! Actually, I'm just writing a full out novelization/ff of the series and have been trying to get a filler scene after her return from Tarrlok's kidnapping JUUUUUST right. After failing to multiple times to get the right dialogue down, I decided they shouldn't say anything at all--just hug. His relief and her gratitude could probably be better conveyed that way anyway.

So I doodled this as a reference while writing that scene out.

But seriously, I'm not TRYING to go all Makorra on everyone. For serious. I have some great scenes with Bolin and Korra, and also Mako and Asami scenes that I really want to illustrate. Hopefully the images will strike me!
